The salon was located down town on Division Street in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin and was owned by Rob and Eileen Schmitz. Rob has been in the industry for over 40 years as a professional stylist and manager.

In 2006, ownership changed when Brenda Spranger purchased the business from Rob and Eileen. The Salon relocated to a new building on south main street in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin. Since then Rob's became a Salon & Spa as known today as Robs Riverwood Salon & Spa. The move enabled the Salon to become a Spa as well as add to its service menu and offer more products in its retail area. The Salon and Spa is still owned by Brenda and Neil Spranger.

Brenda has been in the industry for over 20 years and is a Professional Stylist and Nail Technician. She started her career in the industry at Rob's Salon. She worked for Rob 15 years. "I love this industry. Rob has and does bring so much to the fashion industry and the beauty of Fond Du Lac area, that I was honored to continue to serve guests under his name." Rob continues to work at the Salon & Spa and serve guests as he has done for the past 40 plus years.
