Cancellation / Late Arrivals
As a courtesy to all of our customers, cancellations should be made 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. While emergencies and illnesses do occur, we would appreciate your cooperation. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment at the time when you call.

Use of Cell Phones
To maintain quiet and relaxation for all of our salon/spa guests, cellular phones, including those with cameras, pagers, mobile devices and cellular phones should remain on vibrate at all times.

Children
To allow the professional staff of Rob’s Riverwood to best serve you-our guest, we ask that you refrain from bringing unsupervised children to the salon and spa if they are not having any services. Our technicians want to provide you with the most excellent treatment and care available, and because we do not offer any babysitting services, attention to their ability to concentrate would be appreciated. We do have a waiting area
where children may remain with a supervising adult.

Refund Policy
There are not refunds on gift certificates or gift cards. Salon/Spa credits will be issued. Coupons cannot be combined with any other offers, or monthly specials. One coupon per guest.

Gift Certificates / Gift Cards
Gift certificates are available to create a personal experience. We also have gift cards available in any dollar amount.
